Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We pride ourselves on being the fastest shipping hair company in America. We have shipping and distribution centers across the country allowing your hair to ship the same day you order as long as you order before 4 pm eastern standard time. Orders placed after 4 pm eastern standard time will ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
- USPS- The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS ( United States Post Service) and may require a signature depending on where your item is being shipped.
- FedEx- Handles the majority of the urgent shipping and express orders a signature is required.
Domestic Shipping
- Orders processed before 4 pm Est will ship the same day. ( Does not include custom items)
- Orders processed after 4 pm Est will ship the business day the next day.
- Shipping only takes place on business days this does not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
- Urgent Shipping- 1 Business Day
- Express Shipping- 1-2 Business days
- Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days
